accomplished Customer Service / Technical Support Agents to join a
best-in-class team of specialists using technology that will be
commonplace tomorrow. These Agents will monitor and observe live
and recorded events providing general information in a professional
manner through positive and quality interactions.Daily activities
could include (but not limited to)
- Assist in managing risk assessment activities coordinating with
the security team, Senior Leadership, vendors, and
contractors.
- Compose thoughtful, concise messages that align with client's
voice across all channels
- Identify, summarize, and communicate process reengineering and
technology automation improvements to process / control owners.
These improvements will focus on strengthening of internal controls
through enhanced technology, user interfaces, and a more positive
end user experience while simultaneously strengthening the control
environment through process flow efficiency and robotic process
automation (RPA).
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the client's technology,
service, and messaging by completing new trainings and knowledge
checks in a timely manner
- Perform User acceptance testing for new requirements, system
fixes, etc.
- Ensure SLAs are closely adhered to and incidents are resolved
within the given SLAs. Handle incidents, application outages,
perform impact analysis and implement bug fixes as the need
arises.Required Skills/Qualifications
- Graduate (Preferably Science and Engineering)
- Background in customer contact center and/or technical
support
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- You Should be Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and
understanding new technologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency with ability to navigate a variety of
software applications (Google Suites, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent active listening skills
- Time management/organizational skillsPreferred Skills /
Qualification
- Able to collaborate with Team Leads in terms of critical
issues, Service Outages and change control
- Preferred Work experience in 24x7 operations environment
- Experience with autonomous vehicle technology a plusAt
