The Boeing Global Talent Acquisition group is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support three Executives and their team of Senior Leaders. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders. Additionally, this role will be great for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, agile global organization. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler's logistics, generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature Manage and coordinate executive calendars and schedule meetings, as requested Plan and coordinate events to include room logistics, meeting invites, and catering Stay current and knowledgeable on cost policy (allowable versus unallowable charges), travel policy, and catering menus Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations Verbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources Obtain visitor badges for guests as required Update and maintain various Distribution Lists Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Required Skills/Experience: 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant Experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience building out executive presentations Clear and concise written and oral communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities Ability to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency Experience supporting event-type logistics such as transportation arrangements, catering, restaurant, hotel reservations, and car rentals Experience ordering and maintaining office supplies Bachelor's degree or higher Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.). Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
