A company is looking for an Outbound Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage marketing strategies and campaigns to engage target accounts
Manage and enable a team of Outbound Marketers
Collaborate with sales teams to align efforts and ensure smooth lead handoff

Required Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with 4+ years in Outbound strategies
2+ years of people management experience
Deep understanding of demand strategies and tactics
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Experience in a high growth startup environment
