Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled EV
technician with Tesla experience to join our team. Ideal candidates
have worked at Tesla or an EV shop. This role can be part-time or
full-time, depending on mutual fit and workload. Responsibilities
include diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Tesla vehicles. We
offer competitive pay and a dynamic environment to utilize your EV
expertise. Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair Tesla-specific systems, including battery,
drivetrain, and advanced electronics. Perform routine maintenance
and inspections on Tesla vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
Execute complex repairs such as motor swaps, suspension work, or
high-voltage system troubleshooting. Collaborate with the team to
streamline EV workflows, sharing Tesla expertise and training
others as needed. Keep up with evolving EV technologies and ensure
repairs follow the latest standards and guidelines. Qualifications:
Previous experience working at Tesla or a specialized EV repair
shop. Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Tesla systems
(battery, drivetrain, and electrical). Certifications or training
in EV or high-voltage systems (ASE, OEM training, or equivalent
preferred). Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving EV
