We are representing a leading U.S. general contractor seeking a General Superintendent to oversee large-scale data center projects nationwide, starting with an assignment in Iowa. This role offers a $300K-$350K salary plus bonuses and full benefits , with opportunities to work on high-profile, technically complex projects across the country. Client Details One of the nation's most respected and forward-thinking general contractors, is seeking a proven General Superintendent to lead large-scale data center construction projects across the U.S., with an initial project based in Iowa. This is an opportunity to work with an ENR Top builder known for its innovation, culture, and commitment to quality. Description As General Superintendent, you'll be the lead field operations leader on complex mission-critical projects ranging from $150 Million to $1 Billion. You'll manage all field activities, subcontractors, safety programs, schedules, and ensure delivery of the highest quality product on time and within budget.
