looking for Emergency Roadside Service Dispatchers for our Tucson,
AZ office. When our policyholders experience vehicle issues, you’ll
be the one providing support for them with services like locating a
locksmith or dispatching a tow truck. Our fully paid and

Emergency Roadside Service Representative and any future path that

providing outstanding customer service by fostering trust and
growing customer satisfaction - Strong computer proficiency and
typing ability – experience with Microsoft Office, e-mail,
Web-enabled applications, and database software - Ability to
effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness
to expand on these abilities - Ability to work comfortably and grow
in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment - Willingness
to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly - Open
to feedback to support your performance and development - Eagerness
to explore new skills and different career paths - Minimum of high
school diploma or equivalent - This role will require that
