Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will assist customers with their insurance needs,
provide detailed information on various products, and handle
inquiries with the utmost professionalism. GEICO values innovation

exceptional service. Fluency in both English and Spanish is
essential, allowing you to effectively communicate and meet the
diverse needs of our customers. Respond to customer inquiries via
phone, email, and live chat. Explain insurance products and policy
details to both English and Spanish-speaking customers. Resolve
complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processes, and
transactions. Assist in customer retention and generate new
business through exceptional service and persuasive communication
skills. Fluency in English and Spanish Strong verbal and written
communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations and
high call volumes Proficiency with computer and CRM software
