Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking
detail-oriented HVAC technicians to join our team at Berg
Enterprises, Inc. Our crews work locally in various locations,
primary in the southwestern United States. Responsibilities. Take
charge of all assigned work and maintain a sense of ownership of
all scope on-site Walk the site in an observed manner, taking note
of hazards and, when appropriate, correcting them accordingly
Communicate with fellow crew members, public, customers, or
adjacent trade crews when necessary Manage and update customer
database with complete and accurate information Provide exceptional
customer service, communicating clearly and efficiently
Requirements. 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance,
diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairing, and new unit start-up
Universal EPA Certification, NATE certification (not required but a
bonus) Knowledge of equipment including, but not limited to:
package units, heat pumps, furnaces, condensers, evaporator coils,
evaporative coolers Ability to work independently and as a team
when needed Technicians are required to be on call after the
probationary period and will need to work some holidays depending
on the on-call schedule As an ambassador of Berg Enterprises, you
