be capable of functioning as a Systems Engineer by leading
technical teams through system architecture creation, design,
development, testing, requirements generation, and verification and
validation of emerging systems to enable multi-domain operations.

and geolocation systems for the future! What are the primary
responsibilities in the Sr. Program Manager position? The PM is
responsible for all phases of the contract lifecycle including
proposal development, staffing, development of plans and schedules,
sub-project management and control, conducting formal tests,
financial management and forecasting, project reviews, quality,
customer relationships, reporting to customers and RRC management,
and long-term product support. The PM may also be responsible for
one or more projects that may, or may not be interrelated; and may,
or may not serve the same customer. The PM will develop and lead
personnel in creative problem solving, implementation of advanced
signal processing and geolocation algorithms in efficient software,
and real-world testing leading to deployment of prototypes and
deliverable systems to front-line customer facilities. RRC's
dynamic environment and diverse projects demand flexibility to
quickly master new technologies, leverage existing customers to
increase business, and develop new customers to enable growth of
Rincon. The PM will also assist senior management and technical
staff in setting strategic technology goals to continue our current
success in developing leading technologies to solve mission
critical problems. The PM will participate in business development
activities that include leading and/or authoring contract
proposals. What required background will make you successful?
Active TS/SCI security clearance (US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED) Degree
(Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Applied
Mathematics, Computer Science, or other equivalent field At least
15 years' experience as an engineer and/or technical program
manager At least 5 years’ experience as a technical program manager
Experience creating execution plans and schedules, including
financial baselines and forecasts Experience building and leading
technical teams Experience writing proposals Verifiable ability to
cooperate with customers and deliver high-quality results Preferred
skills: Professional certification in program management Verifiable
ability to write or analyze requirements and test documentation
Experience as a software developer or DSP engineer Where is the
position located? This position is located at our Tucson, AZ
Headquarters. Remote work/telework is not available for this
