results-driven individual to spearhead the enhancement and
development of Production Control and Logistics strategies aimed at
driving factory success and enabling capacity growth opportunities.
This unique role requires a deep understanding of Production
Control and Logistics processes, strategies, and requirements,
coupled with the ability to tackle complex challenges, foster
collaboration, and implement innovative best practices and
solutions. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the
Capacity Growth Office (CGO) and other critical stakeholders,
providing strategic guidance and operational support to ensure
alignment with organizational goals. You will also interface
regularly with Senior Leadership. What You Will Do Lead the
development and execution of Production Control and Logistics
strategies to support factory operations and capacity expansion.
Utilize CORE methodologies to drive sustainable change. Analyze
current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and
implement industry-leading practices to optimize performance.
Collaborate closely with the CGO and cross-functional teams to
align resources, strategies, and objectives with capacity growth
initiatives. Present insights, recommendations, and progress
updates to Senior Leadership. Serve as a change agent to drive
innovation, process efficiency, and operational excellence within
Production Control and Logistics. Build and maintain strong
relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across
functions and successful project delivery. Qualifications You Must
Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent
experience and minimum ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or
An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum seven (7) years'
experience. Experience with either Production Control or Logistics.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as
they are essential to the development of our products. This
position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated
Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of
Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an
