Job Description:

The Key Relationship Manager, Benefits reports to the Manager, Benefits. The Key Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring all processes adhere to set standards within their area of responsibility and maintaining effective working relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Work with branch office personnel to resolve issues while maintaining effective working relationships. * Participate with audit requests * Commitment to culture requires a demonstration of professionalism, accountability, customer/client focus, and teamwork * Assists in training as needed * Other special analytical projects as assigned * Utilize NFP systems Salesforce Duties and Responsibilities (if applicable): * Pull bank deposits & add to cash log daily * Allocate workload to Direct Bill Processors daily * Manages cash log for month end and recon * Audits statements pulled by Direct Bill Processors prior to final submission * Maintains Direct Bill Processor KPI's for reporting to Manager, AOC Benefits * Updates & maintains carrier log in information in Last Pass * Create & upload JE's to Lawson if applicable * Manages and resolves External Log questions from Center Ops * Resolve Fingerprint Links Approval and Fingerprint Requires Review queues Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: * Ability to accomplish goals while meeting deadlines * Possess good analytical skills, problem solving skills, and good communication skills, both verbal and written * Attention to detail * Strong work ethic Education and/or Experience: * High school diploma required, some college preferred * Experience with Lawson preferred * Must be able to manage projects efficiently and effectively, as well as, meet set deadlines * Must be proficient in Excel, Word, QuickBooks and be able to adapt to/understand various accounting systems Certificates, Licenses, Registration: * None Required Physical Demand: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
