We are looking to add a Digital Content Marketing manager to enhance the company's brand awareness, increase engagement of our customers and attract new followers in all social and digital platforms. We are looking for passionate and creative candidates that can take an RV out create content that captivates our product and the experience that our customers can have. This ideal candidate will maintain loyalty to our established brand while utilizing innovative thinking to drive customer awareness, developing strategies to drive brand awareness, and increasing revenue through their effortsWe are an employee owned and customer driven company therefore this ideal candidate will share the same customer satisfaction mindset. They will be tasked with customer facing engagements including helping with online reputation management as well as monitor, respond, and engage with customers on social media platforms, and other digital means.Focused Responsibilities: Email Marketing: -- Manage and build overall email marketing strategy-- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements-- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns-- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling-- Ability to learn Hubspot and other related content and marketing platforms required.Creative Content: -- Manages social media and online marketing campaigns as well as day-to-day online and social media activity, including advertising, writing posts, and monitoring all customer public response efforts.-- Develop captivating images to drive revenue-- Create both written and visual content for all digital marketing channelsBelow are a few more essential duties and responsibilities:-- Facilitate the goal of enhancing the company's brand awareness across all assigned digital properties, review websites and popular social platforms.-- Will participate in the development of the company's online brand voice and tone, and furthermonitors that all communications match those established guidelines-- Ensures effective and timely production by working closely with clients, editors, photographers,designers, outside vendors and programmers to coordinate production schedules and complete projects on time-- Provide the management group with a weekly executive report summarizing all online activities/ posts for the week-- Actively monitor and analyze social media accounts and track engagement metrics to measure success of campaigns and identify opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis-- Aid in SEO efforts with your superior to strategize on best content and ensure it is a fit with CA for increased eyeballs.These are just a few of the essential responsibilities, Apply now to learn more about this opportunity!!__**QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required; prior related work experience in Marketing and Digital Content required. Ability to type with speed and accuracy is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word) is desired. Proficiency in all Social Media platforms. Ability to learn Hubspot and other related content and marketing platforms required.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear and use hands to handle, feel, or type. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
