  • This is a REMOTE Position. Accepting Applications in Arizona ONLYPOSITION:The Human Resources Manager role is pivotal to the growth of our multi-unit, multi-state Club Pilates locations. This position is responsible for ensuring a consistent pipeline of talent that exudes our core values leading to a cohesive and high-performance culture. The Human Resources Manager is also accountable for creating and tracking the company-wide training program and conducting key pieces of training. The Human Resources Manager also owns all HR Core Process administrative functions and answers HR & Payroll questions in a customer-focused manner because they are the Back-Office Face of the Company for our employees.Founded in 2007, Club Pilates is the nation's largest and fastest-growing Pilates franchise with locations in 5 countries. Class formats target a wide range of clients, from young to more senior and beginner to advanced, truly making Club Pilates for EVERYbody. Our studios provide a current annual rate of over 10 million workouts to tens of thousands of members.This position reports directly to the President of a Club Pilates franchise ownership group that currently operates 10 studios in 2 states with approximately 100 employees. Our 5-Year Target is to operate 25 studios serving 10,000 members.
    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
    • Manage and conduct the active and passive recruitment, interview and hiring processes. Approximately 50% of hours will be dedicated to recruiting and interviewing with an emphasis on passive recruiting.
    • Manage and conduct the employee onboarding process.
    • Ensure employees complete required training and development at new-hire and ongoing.
    • Conduct leadership and management training.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    • Oversee our annual performance reviews and quarterly conversations.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    • Primary responsibility for offering employee service and answering employee questions related to human resources and payroll.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
      • Excel at passive recruiting (resume reviews, phone screens)
      • Above average at active recruitment (ie. indeed and linkedin resume searches and cold emails).
      • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
      • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
      • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
      • Ability to multitask
      • Degree in Human Resources or related field
      • 5 + years experience human resources and recruitment
      • Experience with EOS and Topgrading (aka "Who") is a plusBENEFITS & PERKS
        • 55k - 75k Salary based on experience.
