Position Title: Personal Insurance Account ManagerPosition Type: Full TimeHours: 9:00-5:00Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 annual base with added bonusesIndustry Setting: Insurance AgencyPersonal Insurance Account ManagerOur client, an established Independent Agency, is expanding their standard personal lines book of business and is seeking to hire a Personal Insurance Account Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible to handle a large book made up of standard personal line accounts. This person would also have the flexibly to work in office or remotely.ResponsibilitiesThe account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Personal Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of personal lines account management skills, including but not limited to; customer service, administration and sales. The position requires experience managing both small and large personal accounts and a strong understanding of the underwriting process including new and renewal business.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 plus years of experience in Property & Casualty InsuranceBachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent industry experienceFull Knowledge of insurance products and usagesManage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflowStrong Verbal and written communication skillsMust have excellent technical/analytical skillsDetail oriented as must.Salary/Benefits$55,000 to $65,000 annual base with added bonusesFlex schedule and ability to work remotelyExtremely competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsEmployer matching 401(k) planGenerous PTO plan
