Details: Salary Range: $70-$85K M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Strong administrative skills Solid HR working knowledge Bi-lingual a plus Knowledgeable about HR Laws and Rules HR is very involved with safety and giving guidance will be on the floor, wearing PPE, making sure employees are adhering to dress code Give safety training. Log out/Tag out, basic compliance, fire, escape plan. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience HR role in a manufacturing environment 3-5 years of progressive experience in the Human Resource role Experience administering FMLA, Military Leaves, ADAAA; current knowledge requirements, Health and Welfare benefits PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus Computer Experience: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experienced with ADP and SAP preferred Demonstrated skills in database maintenance and record keeping. Strong understanding of HRIS Responsibilities: HRIS - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of workforce information and recommending changes Supporting human resources activities within the organization to include recruiting, employee relations, safety, payroll, facilities, and IT Processing employment-related activities including hiring, terminations, I-9 process, DOL unemployment claims, and others as needed Coaching supervisors and managers on policies and practices, performance issues, disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflicts, etc. Counseling employees on performance, career planning, work/life balance and other topics Recommending and implementing human resources process and policy changes Compiling and analyzing human resources process metrics, analyzes results and recommends improvements Maintaining records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates Preparing correspondence, technical reports, status reports and other documentation Managing review, and implementation of HRIS system Share your updated resume today Company Description Why Kelly--?
