Job Summary
The Application Configuration Manager will lead the E.H.R. and E.H.R. support application configuration efforts both clinical and revenue cycle management. This position will be responsible for ensuing all E.H.R. products are configured to support effective and efficient workflows. Reports to the Sr. Director of Business System Development for performance evaluation.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related subject is required and a master's degree in technology and/or business administration strongly desired.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible management/leadership experience in a software development field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working through the requirement, design, application & claim configuration and application auditing
• Experience implementing an EHR system or similar large-scale implementation is required.
• Experience working in IT and with an EHR system while employed by a medical/healthcare/hospital system.
• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
• Expert communication skills both written and oral.
• Experience developing rapport and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders required.
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives to successful outcomes within approved budget and timeline required.
• Highly proficient with computer applications to include Microsoft Office products.
