Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for their Business Recruitment Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full international recruitment cycle from screening to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to meet recruitment needs
Participate in various HR initiatives as required

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in international recruitment
Strong leadership skills to partner effectively with hiring managers
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals
Fluency in English (advanced) and professional working proficiency in Russian
