Job Description Overview of Responsibilities Support delivery of the Health Services COVID-19 case management services including : Complete telephonic assessments of employees who are ill, being tested for COVID-19, confirmed positive for COVID, or household / close contacts outside work to someone tested for or confirmed to have COVID 19 Determine when quarantine and contact tracing are indicated Conduct follow-up calls to assess employees who are ill or are close contacts, and determine status and RTW Complete medical documentation for cases in alignment with documentation guidelines Complete quality reviews of case documentation Review cases nearing quarantine end dates; interview employees, determine clearance to RTW and notify managers Review occupational health questionnaires and determine medical clearance Coordinate COVID-19 testing as required for travel to non-US locations Overview of the Telephonic COVID RN team: Boeing has created a "COVID Hot Line" for their internal employees in case they've tested positive for COVID, have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, is experiencing COVID symptoms and waiting for test results, ETC. They have the call lines open from 7 am PT - 10 pm PT and would be completely remote. Boeing will send out equipment - will be working with Boeing IT and IP systems. They have a thorough script that this RN team will follow based on what situation the internal Boeing employee is experiencing. IE: Boeing employee says, "I am being tested for COVID, my spouse tested positive, I've been exposed, etc." They will tell the employee what the next steps are as far as how many days they can stay home, comp, etc. These cases help determine if the Boeing employees qualify for and are eligible for "quarantine pay". If the Boeing employee has additional medical questions or concerns that falls outside their COVID script/protocol, Boeing has their own telemedicine team that they can refer this employee to.
