The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community named one of the Best Nursing Homes of 2022-2023 by U.S. News & World Report is hiring a Part-time and PRN - Registered Nurses (RN).
** Part-Time - ** 2pm-10pm AND 10pm-6am - - ** 3 Days/wk. (Work every other weekend)
** $42 - $53/hr. Depending On Experience - ** $2,500 Sign-on Bonus for Part-time Hires
** Shift Differentials: + $1.00/hr. for PM Shift; + $1.50/hr. for Night (NOC) Shift - -+ $2.00/hr. for PM Shift on Weekends; + $2.50/hr. for Night (NOC) Shift on Weekends
** PRN Nurses Must Have Skilled Nursing Experience **

A day in the life may include:

• 
  
• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm
  
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
  
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
  
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction
  
  To be successful in the role, you would have:
  
  • 
    
  • Current RN license in the state for which applying
    
  • Current CPR certification
    
  • Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
    
  • New grads are welcome!
