Position Summary: ER RN to work 36hrs wk with call 13 week assignment - previous experience as a traveler strongly preferred! SHIFT : 36hrs 12hr nights ( 3P-3A) EMR : Meditech 6.0 experience preferred Call : Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply ACLS BLS/BCLS PALS NRP ATT ENPC TNCC NIHSS STABLE Key Responsibilities: Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency. Quickly assessing patient needs. Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma. Performing minor medical operations. Cleaning wounds. Drawing blood. Maintaining emergency room care standards. Assisting with insurance paperwork. Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process. Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios.
