Trauma Level: Trauma Level IV Nurse-Patient Ratio: NA Type of
Facility: Medical center Bed-Size: 25 beds Job Responsibilities:
Assessing and monitoring patients’ conditions and vital signs
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Assisting
doctors with procedures and surgeries Documenting patients’ medical
histories and progress Collaborating with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams Providing emotional support and education to
patients and their families Ensuring patient safety and comfort
Managing and organizing patient care Performing routine procedures,
such as dressing changes and catheterizations Maintaining accurate

Requirements: Active AZ RN License or Compact License Active BLS,
ACLS required Minimum 1-2 years of experience as RN Med Surg 5
