Job Description Coverage Needed: - Start Date: ASAP - End Date: Ongoing - Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call - Call Coverage: Required at Multiple Locations - Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call Clinical Details: - Practice Setting: Inpatient - EMR System: Cerner - Support Staff: 20 RNs, 5 PA/NPs - Patients Per Shift: 5 - ORs: 4 - Call Type: Beeper - Call Ratio: 1:5 - Phone Consults: 1 - Call Back %: 5 - Surgeries: General Anesthesia, Adult, Pediatric, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases, Complex Orthopedic Cases, Pain Management Techniques - Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks - Must not be within 60 miles of facility - Case logs of blocks performed (training for blocks will not be provided) Requirements: - Active AZ License - NBCRNA Certification with at least one year of experience - ACLS and BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
