Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 24 months of current ICU experience License: Active Arizona License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Candidates must have an active license and certifications upon submission. Candidates must not have any license hits. Candidates must provide vaccination status in the submission notes. Description: Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. Please include a copy of the driver's license in the submission. All locations open to the traveler must be listed. All shifts open to the traveler must be listed. All departments the traveler is willing to work in must be checked. Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Provide details of all request notes in the highlights section. All requests for time off must be listed and cannot exceed 7 days. Requests for time off will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays. Travel experience is preferred. All candidates submitted should have a resume with relevant experience listed. The resume should include all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units worked in. A skills checklist specific to the discipline must be included. Certifications must be active at the time of submission. Flu vaccination declinations can be applied for, if needed.
