Job Description Join a premier trauma team at a Level I Trauma
Center in Mesa, AZ, providing high-acuity care in a busy hospital
setting. This full-time, contract role offers 13 shifts/month of
13-hour shifts with no mandatory call, and occasional supplemental
shifts. Compensation ranges from $120,000–$150,000 DOE . As a
Trauma APP (PA or NP), you'll deliver advanced care for acute
injuries, perform procedures such as wound repairs and chest tube
placements, and participate in trauma resuscitations, ICU rounds,
and surgical assists. The role involves collaboration across ICU,
trauma, and emergency teams within a supportive, teamwork-driven
environment. Qualifications include current AZ license,
ATLS/ACLS/PALS, and trauma or ICU experience preferred. Benefits
