Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Tucson, Arizona,

Required - Patient Ratios: 6-8 for day, night, and weekend shifts -
Team Nursing Model Confirmation is required at the time of offer
Description: Orientation is held twice a month. All certifications
must be current and cannot expire within 30 days of start. You will
float within the scope of practice when required. There will be 6-7
weekend shifts during the contract period. The full contract length
commitment is required. You will work within an LPN and RN team
nursing model with a ratio of 2:8. You will be asked to confirm
your understanding of the nursing ratios and team nursing model for
this unit during the offer process. On rare occasions, you may be
required to float to another facility. Staffing and scheduling will
be self-scheduled by the staff. The daily census for the unit is
approximately 34 patients. Interdisciplinary support includes
physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services,
phlebotomy, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and
transportation. You will participate in managing various patient
care needs, including telemetry monitoring and the care of patients
with clinical conditions such as CVA, renal failure, and
post-surgical wounds. You will be expected to perform various
nursing skills, including IV management, wound care, and airway
management. The manager reserves the right to schedule staff and
