Caregiver Health RN Full-time Day at Providence Health and
Services summary: The Caregiver Health RN at Providence Saint Johns
Health Center performs employee health assessments including
pre-employment and annual physicals, manages work-related injury
claims and treatment coordination, and leads programs such as flu
vaccinations and fit tests. This full-time day shift role requires
a California Registered Nurse license and experience in employee
health nursing. The position supports employee wellness through
collaboration with various programs and ensures compliance and
documentation for health-related workplace requirements.
Description Caregiver Health RN at Providence Saint Johns Health
Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full-Time and will
work 8-hour Day shifts Under the general supervision of Manager of
Employee Health Office, the Employee Health Nurse conducts
pre-employment and annual employee physicals, assists in the
processing of claims for work-related injuries and coordinates any
necessary treatment, interacts with third-party administrator (TPA)
and provides required assistance with investigation and
documentation. The Employee Health Nurse also assists with the
coordination of the Transitional Work Program, interfaces with the
Employee Assistance Program to ensure maximum utilization by
employees. The Employee Health Nurse is the lead coordinator of the
flu vaccination and fit test programs. Providence caregivers are

Qualifications: California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 6
months as Staff RN, RNP, or PA. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree Certified Occupational
