Physical Therapist Location: Gilbert, AZ Agency: Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. Pay: $999 per week Shift Information: Days - 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Weekly Pay $56.67/hour - Physical Therapist Weekend Coverage at Dignity Health Rehab Hospital - Provide weekend physical therapy coverage on a flexible, per diem or contract basis. - Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery to improve physical function and independence. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. - Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes. - Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and recovery expectations. - Promote safe mobility, strength, and functional independence for patients. - May be required to float to additional facility locations (e.g., Chandler, AZ). - Must meet all facility credentialing and compliance requirements. - Requires an active Arizona PT license and current BLS certification. - Preferred: Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab or acute care experience. - Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills essential. - Flexible scheduling; no guaranteed or minimum hours.
