Implementation Tech is an entry-level, field-based role responsible
for supporting AirLife product installations and conversions in
hospital environments. This position is ideal for recent graduates
interested in healthcare operations, medical devices, or technical
fieldwork. In this role, you will travel to customer sites
(primarily hospitals) to assist with hands-on product
implementation, equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, and on-site
support during product conversions. You will collaborate with
internal teams and hospital staff to ensure smooth implementation
processes while delivering a professional and positive customer
experience. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS The specific minimum
competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job
include knowledge, skills, abilities, level of education, and
experience necessary for successful performance. These competencies
are generally demonstrated through specific service, education, or
training. KNOWLEGDE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong interpersonal and
communication skills; comfortable interacting with hospital staff,
patients, and internal teams. Ability to learn and understand
medical device workflows and product functionality. Solid
analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret technical
or logistical information. Comfortable working in fast-paced
clinical environments. Ability to work independently while managing
on-site tasks and timelines. Strong organizational skills with high
attention to detail. Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the
time (including overnight travel). Ability to lift and move
equipment as required for installation tasks. Comfort navigating
hospital environments and adhering to clinical safety standards.
Willingness to become credentialed to enter hospital environments.
Proximity to a major airport. LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s or
Associate degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, Biomedical
Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields). Internship or
project experience in healthcare, lab, clinical environment, or
technical fieldwork is a plus, but not required. LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience. TRAVEL 100% ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform hands-on product installations, device setup, and on-site
support during product conversions within hospital settings. Assist
the Implementation, Clinical, and Sales teams in executing customer
implementation plans. Conduct basic technical troubleshooting
on-site and escalate issues as needed. Track progress against
implementation milestones and communicate updates to internal
stakeholders. Support the AirLife clinical team by helping prepare
equipment and materials for in-servicing and training sessions.
Provide clear, professional communication with hospital staff
throughout the implementation process. Assist with preparing
reports, documentation, and follow-up materials after each customer
visit. Identify and communicate opportunities for product
standardization and process improvements. Collaborate with
Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure successful
execution of customer agreements. Represent AirLife in a
professional manner while traveling and working on-site with
customers. Special projects, as required and as time allows. OTHER
