Responsibilities include overseeing daily patient flow to enhance safety and satisfaction, triaging patient requests, providing patient education to support informed healthcare decisions, and delegating care appropriately under Colorado regulations. Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking are essential, as is the ability to manage high volumes of patient communications. Duties also involve medication administration, performing treatments, assisting in procedures, and coordinating care across various healthcare providers and services. Promoting a culture of safety, patient advocacy, and excellent communication are key components of this role. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of one year of operating room nursing experience Current Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a valid compact state license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required Computer proficiency or ability to acquire necessary online competency skills within 90 days Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) Schedule and Location: Rotating shifts Three 12-hour shifts per week Contract position lasting 17 weeks Guaranteed 32 hours per week Worksite located in Vail, Colorado, renowned for its breathtaking mountain scenery and vibrant community life.
