Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
to support K-8th grade students in an elementary school setting in
Phoenix, AZ. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful
impact by providing speech and language services to a caseload of
60-70 students, enhancing their communication abilities in a
supportive, educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized speech therapy services to address students speech
and language needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Maintain detailed documentation and progress records in accordance
with school policies. Participate in multidisciplinary team
meetings and provide training or resources as needed. Ensure
compliance with all state and federal guidelines related to speech
therapy services. Qualifications: Certification in Speech-Language
Pathology (SLP) with CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) or CCC
(Certificate of Clinical Competence). Experience working with
school-aged children, preferably in elementary or K-8 settings.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a caseload of 60-70 students efficiently.
Knowledge of current best practices in speech-language pathology
relevant to a school environment. Position Details: Location:
Phoenix, AZ Duration: Contract ending June 5, 2026, with immediate
start Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week Student Age Group:
