Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges. Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance. Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients. Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines. CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment. May be required to work flexible hours.
