Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) /
Pre-Post Op Location: Scottsdale, AZ Agency: Adelphi Medical
Staffing Pay: $51 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position
Summary: Ref : SM-U-2626 Specialty: RN - Pre-Operative Job Type:
Contract/ Per Diem Location: Scottsdale, AZ Shifts: Day, Evening,
Night (8, 10, or 12 hours) Rate: $51.3/hr Requirements: Must hold
active RN license in practicing state. 1 year of Pre-Op, PACU, or
Surgical experience preferred. Current BLS; ACLS often required by
facility. Strong assessment and IV-start skills. Knowledge of
surgical prep and safety standards. Excellent communication and
patient education skills. Experience with EMR charting.
Responsibilities: Pre-Procedure: Perform preop assessments and
review patient history. Verify consents, allergies, labs, and
required tests. Start IVs and administer preoperative medications.
Coordination & Safety: Coordinate with surgical, anesthesia, and OR
teams. Ensure patient safety and readiness for the OR. Patient
Education: Educate patients about the procedure and postop
care.
