Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,130 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 24 months of current Medical-Surgical experience License: Active Arizona or Compact License Certifications: Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Must-Have: Candidates must have an Arizona home address on their driver's license to be considered. All experienced departments candidates are willing to accept or work in must be noted. All requested time off (RTO) must be included and should not exceed 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays. All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept assignments. Description: Candidates with an Arizona driver's license will not be considered. Please include a copy of the driver's license in the submission. Please vet all locations and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to accept or work in. This helps expedite the presentation of candidates as orders open and close quickly. This form must be 100% accurate, and all requests should be noted in the highlights section. The start date should be on or very quickly after the listed order start date.
