ICU/Critical Care RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85013! Job Title: RN

Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Level I trauma experience;
must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance; strong IV skills
required; proficiency in maintaining a sterile field; ability to
complete Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes
Description: Position requires a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity
coronary care ICU setting. The unit has a mix of complex cardiac
surgery recovery patients. A high number of bedside procedures will
be performed. Candidates must be capable of handling a patient
ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. Nurses are expected to work weekends and
holidays as per unit requirements. Travelers may float to other ICU
settings if needed. Candidates should possess experience with IABP
and CABG as it is crucial for patient assignments. All staff must
work with a high level of professionalism and competence. Team
collaboration with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and
pharmacy staff is essential. This role demands critical thinking
and strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. 5
