NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) certification Active American Heart
Association PALS Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
certification Must-Have: Candidates with an Arizona home address on
their driver's license will not be considered. All submission
requirements must be accurately completed. All requested time off
(RTO) must be less than 7 days, and RTO will not be approved in the
first week of the assignment or during holidays. All facilities and
departments the candidate is open to working in should be included
in the submission. All travelers submitted must be pre-closed and
ready to accept. Description: Candidates must have a minimum of 24
months of experience in an Emergency Room setting. All
certifications must be from the American Heart Association or
American Red Cross. The nurse's license must show no hits at the
time of submission. Flu vaccinations are required, and declinations
can be applied for. Background requirements must be adhered to and
attested to. Travel experience is required. The cover page must be
completely filled out. The resume must include all relevant
facilities, facility sizes, bed counts, trauma levels, and units.
The skills checklist must be specific to the Emergency Room
discipline. Vaccination status must be included in the submission
notes. Weekend schedules will be determined by the facility.
