Working in a state-of-the-art facility, the Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care tailored to the individual needs of each patient. Evaluate patients' health condition and physical abilities to develop a specific treatment plan. Implement standardized tests for assessing patients' mobility, strength, and development. Record patients' progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and families about health programs and maintenance exercises that enhance recovery. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Proficient in using physical therapy software and tools. Strong analytical skills to develop appropriate treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient education and confidentiality. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. CPR/BLS Certification preferred.
