Evaluate patient's medical history and any referrals or notes from doctors, surgeons, or other healthcare professionals. Diagnose function and mobility issues and develop a treatment plan. Implement therapeutic physical interventions and treatments effectively. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families about health and wellness through rehabilitative care. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and tools Strong analytic skills for accurate patient assessments Ability to handle physical demands of the job Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona CPR certified
