Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America)
Responsibilities: Ensures the quality and safe delivery of home
health services. Completes assessments that are timely, and
appropriate of physical, mental, psychological/social (behavioral),
functional, financial, treatment, resource, and spiritual needs of
patients. Qualifications: Associates degree in Nursing required.
New Mexico RN License required. BLS Required at time of Hire Must
have current valid driver‘s license and auto insurance. Minimum 1
year in direct patient care setting or home healthcare preferred
