Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Tucson, AZ Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,446 to $1,640 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title FP - Registered Nurse (RN) / MS / Telemetry (Tele) - Nights City/State: Tucson, Arizona Shift: Nights Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 12/22/2025 Job Description: The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Responsibilities: Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy. Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in care planning. Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education. Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Requirements: Telemetry experience required. AZ license. BLS certification. ACLS certification. 2 years of experience. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
