Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services. Responsibilities: Implement therapeutic activities to address clients' developmental goals Collaborate with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist and other healthcare professionals Provide family education and support to ensure effective carryover of therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress Qualifications: Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology Assistant License Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred Article 9 Certification Benefits: 401(k) with 3% match PTO Reimbursement for required documents* (i.e. AZ licensure, Article 9, Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR) Annual $250 reimbursement for CEUs* Annual $100 reimbursement for equipment/toys* Competitive compensation package Flexible work schedule Supportive and inclusive work environment Refer a therapist to our company and earn a $500 bonus once they reach 90 days of employment *Eligible for reimbursement 90 days after employment Places You’ll Go Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
