position with above-market compensation that includes base salary

Outpatient primary care responsibilities only Full malpractice

outstanding care Ideal candidates will be: Currently licensed to
practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state
of employment, active and non-probationary Experienced in primary
care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine Current
BLS/ACLS certification Driven to and comfortable with managing a
primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population
with comorbid conditions Strong understanding of examination
methodologies and diagnostics Able to demonstrate interpersonal
skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families,
and center team members Confident in their ability to deliver high
quality primary care, which includes being available to patients
and addressing their medical and social needs Passionate about
their work and energized by being part of a fast growing
organization Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple

* Provide patients with information needed to promote health,
reduce risk factors, or prevent disease or disability. * Develop
treatment plans, based on scientific rationale, standards of care,
and professional practice guidelines. * Maintain complete and
detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses. *
Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical
findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate
diagnoses. * Diagnose or treat complex, unstable, comorbid,
episodic, or emergency conditions in collaboration with other
health care providers as necessary. * Prescribe medication dosages,
routes, and frequencies, based on such patient characteristics as
age and gender.
