Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes. Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care. Actively participate in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
