Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This is a
full-time occupational therapy position serving K-12 students for
the 22/23 school year. The role involves managing a diverse
caseload across multiple school locations in Phoenix, AZ, with
opportunities available at various sites. This position is
travel-based, requiring movement among different schools to provide
hands-on OT services. Key responsibilities include: Providing
occupational therapy services to students within a school setting
Collaborating with teachers and staff to support student
development Conducting evaluations and developing individualized
treatment plans Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance
with educational and healthcare standards Desired qualifications
and skills: Experience delivering occupational therapy services in
schools (K-12) Background in healthcare settings such as home
health or teletherapy is beneficial Certification as an
Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant (COTA) Flexibility and willingness to travel between
multiple school locations Strong communication and organizational
