seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time opportunity in Glendale, California.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism
and other developmental disabilities across home, day program, and
group home settings. This position is ideal for a clinician who is
passionate about improving lives through data-driven care, strong

Responsibilities Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct Functional
Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations
Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) based on
assessment findings Establish measurable, data-driven treatment
goals Ensure treatment plans follow ethical and professional best
practices Clinical Supervision & Program Oversight Supervise,
mentor, and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality
service delivery Monitor treatment fidelity and provide ongoing
feedback and coaching Adjust interventions based on client progress
and clinical data Data Collection & Progress Monitoring Design and
oversee data collection systems Analyze behavioral data to guide
clinical decision-making Modify treatment strategies to support
positive, meaningful outcomes Maintain accurate documentation for
compliance and reporting Family & Team Collaboration Collaborate
closely with families and caregivers to support skill
generalization Provide parent and caregiver training on behavioral
strategies Work alongside interdisciplinary teams across home and
community-based settings Professional & Ethical Practice Maintain
compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and professional standards
Protect client confidentiality and practice within scope of
competence Participate in ongoing professional development and
training Required Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) certification Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior
Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Eligible to work in the
United States Valid California driver’s license and active auto
insurance Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention
planning, and supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience
working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Bilingual skills are a plus Experience across home, community, or
residential service settings Work Schedule Full-time position
On-site services in Glendale, CA and surrounding community-based
settings Travel between service locations may be required
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $83,000 – $87,000 annually
Salary retention bonus available for experienced BCBAs Shift
