nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Tucson,
Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours
per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN
Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed
for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside
experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5
weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the
initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n
Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Work
12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM /n• Schedule: 3 shifts
per week (36 hours) /n• Required to work 6 weekend shifts per
6-week schedule /n• This is a float pool position requiring
willingness to float between departments and four different
facilities /n• Patient ratio: 6:1 /n• 13-week assignment duration
with ASAP start preferred within 2 weeks of offer acceptance /n• 2
years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required /n• Required
certifications: Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS /n• Cerner EMR
experience required /n• Any color scrubs permitted /n• Provide
patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state
Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies /n• Demonstrate critical
thinking skills and scientific judgment in care delivery /n•
Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of
assigned personnel /n• Maintain clinical competencies through
