Job Description Join a clinical team for an Arizona practice with locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Peoria. This is a new, 100% on-site position focusing on direct patient care within a value-based, integrated team model. Position Overview: Salary: $240,000 – $265,000 (based on experience) Location: Openings in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Peoria AZ (100% on-site) Requirements: 3-5 years of experience; specialization in Family Practice and Med-Peds. No grads accepted! Licensure: Active AZ MD/DO license, DEA, and AZ fingerprint clearance.
