Physical Therapist Location: Tucson, AZ Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,942 to $2,142 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Tucson, AZ, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new outpatient setting. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy required. Client preference for Ortho PT experience. Ability to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document interventions and outcomes, and write goals and letters of medical necessity in compliance with state and payer regulations. Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and clinic safety practices, including infection control, materials handling, and fall prevention. Experience supervising or delegating therapy tasks and providing instruction to students or support staff preferred. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and professional code of conduct. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Duration: 13 week assignment.
