This locum tenens assignment involves a combination of onsite Interventional Radiology and general radiology reads seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. As a key part of our team, you will participate in call shifts and rotating holiday coverage, with tasks ranging from biopsy to embolization. Key Details Assignment Type : Locum Tenens Setting : Hospital Start Date : ASAP Schedule : 7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST, with rotating call shifts Patient Population : Adult Location : Glendale, AZ Benefits Weekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including biopsy, drain placement, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, embolization, and others. Conduct general fluoroscopy procedures and participate in the on-call fluoroscopy schedule. Ensure timely and accurate diagnostic reporting using Powerscribe 1 dictation system. Maintain productivity with a minimum of 61 RVUs per shift. Qualifications Fellowship in Interventional Radiology Certification by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Working Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST, 7 days a week Rotating call and holiday shifts Skills Proficiency in a broad range of interventional radiology procedures Expertise in using dictation systems for report generation Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work under rotating schedules Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
