- This class of CCC Candidates will be Retention Specialist II's
(PA2). This means that they will be required to get P & C Insurance
licensing within the first 45 days of employment. They will also
handle more complex/difficult calls as compared to the Retention
Specialist I (PA1)
- The Customer Care Center supports our customers 24 hours/7 days a
week. Our team members work in a shift environment that includes
irregular hours, weekends, and holidays based on workload and job
requirements. Schedules may change based on business need. You will
be asked to provide your shift availability during the application
- CCC Retention Specialists are committed to solving customer 's
needs on first contact through simple, high-quality and
personalized experiences for every customer.
- May assist with a variety of needs such as making payments,
providing proof of insurance, password resets and as well as some
policy changes to coverage and/or deductibles

- 1-2 years customer service experience; related industry, retail,
customer facing, administrative and/or call center - Previous
experience in the insurance industry highly preferred - Computer
savvy - Experience w/ Microsoft Office products (Outlook
