As a Regional Customer Service Lead you will own the planning, tracking, and reporting of productivity for assigned region---s Customer Care team as well as resolving internal and external customer escalations and inquiries. You are the steward of outstanding customer care and satisfaction What you will be doing: Guiding the team in call volume and coaching to assure every customer is a satisfied customer. Reporting on team metrics and always looking for ways to improve how we take care of our customers. Motivating the team and coaching where needed to help them grow in their roles. Escalation point for any and all situations. Onboarding new customers. Prep and present at quarterly sales meetings. Travel, typically 4 times a year, to meet with Regional Sales and Service leadership. What you will bring to the role: Leadership experience, demonstrated through project management and team coaching. High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities, sense of urgency in all work. Strong ability to problem-solve and independently resolve situations. A minimum of three (3) years customer service experience, to include interacting with executives. Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills. Strong analytical, database, and MS Office skills. What we provide our employees?
